The CTEC (Career and Technical Education Center) project involved repurposing an existing warehouse into a spacious education facility. However, the original structure did not meet safety standards regarding emergency exits and accessibility. Therefore, extensive renovations were necessary to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and make the building usable for its intended purpose. Additionally, complex mechanical systems had to be installed to support the facility's functions. Moreover, construction occurred concurrently with the design process, with assistance from the local municipality to ensure a smooth and timely completion.
